Acceptance of TermsÂ
By using our website, making a purchase, or participating in our services, users ("Clients") understand and agree with the terms and conditions. These policies govern the use of the website and services of Voltage Inc doing business as ("DBA") Voltage Pilates ("The Studio.")
Eligibility & Limitation of Liability
Prospective Clients are advised to consult their physicians before beginning an exercise program at The Studio. It is Clients' responsibility to disclose injury, pregnancy, and any other medical condition. The Studio reserves the right to require written medical approval for participation at any time. Clients are responsible for their own safety and experience at The Studio and hold harmless The Studio for any injury, illness, loss, or damage as a result of participation in any services or activities. The Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought into The Studio. Written permission from a legal guardian is required for all Clients under the age of 18. Clients under the age of 16Â must be accompanied by an adult who remains on premesis for the duration of their session.Â
24 Hours' NoticeÂ
The Studio asks for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment modifications including cancellations and rescheduling requests. Fewer than 24 hours' notice will result in the full charge/deduction of that session. Thank you for understanding that when you make an appointment, we hold that time specifically for you.
Communications
For any scheduling requests, cancellations, make-up classes, or changes to your lesson time, please contact your teacher directly via email. Your teacher is best equipped to assist with scheduling matters and ensure your request is handled promptly. For questions regarding studio policies, membership changes, billing, or account modifications, please contact Lindsey via email. Reaching out to the right person helps us provide the fastest and most accurate assistance.Â
Late Arrivals & No Shows
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join a group session if it disrupts the class or poses a safety risk. Clients scheduled for a private lesson will be considered a no show if they are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted their teacher to confirm they are attending. In both such cases, the session will be charged/deducted in full.Â
Health & Safety
The Studio is committed to maintaining a sanitary and safe environment for all Clients and staff. We ask that clients support these efforts by cleaning hands with soap/water or hand sanitizer when entering the studio and using the provided medical-grade wipes to throroghly clean equipment at the conclusion of their workout. We also ask that clients cancel or reschedule if they are ill or if fewer than 24 hours have passed since symptoms have resolved. This includes, but is not limited to, coughing and a runny nose. Please be considerate of the health of your teacher and other Clients.Â
Phones and Photography
To maintain a focused and respectful studio environment, phones must be silenced and stored away in lockers during all sessions. Apple Watches must be set on Do Not Disturb. Photography and video recording during sessions are strictly prohibited without prior consent of the teacher and any client who may appear in view. The studio reserves the right to ask clients to stop using devices that disrupt the session or compromise privacy.Â
