Refunds

Voltage Inc does not offer refunds for any reason.

Expirations

Introductory packages expires 3 months from first use. All other packages expire one year from first use. After expiration, Clients may send a request for the monetary value at purchase of any unused sessions to be credited to their account. Please email Lindsey@VoltagePilates.com to submit this request.

Reservations

Advance purchase is required for booking any class or private lesson. Reservations are only confirmed after purchase is complete and the reservation is input into the studio's scheduling software. Clients can view all their confirmed reservations in their MindBody account.
