After having 4 kids in 6 years my abs were shredded, my bones were weak, and every joint in my body ached. I had resigned myself to the pain and weakness in my body as an inevitable part of aging when I stumbled upon Pilates. I was looking for a day job; instead, I found a brilliantly crafted strengthening program. I started practicing Pilates on my living room floor, copying the exercises out of a book.
Practicing Pilates opened my eyes to how seamlessly the method stretched and strengthened my body. Feeling stronger and more connected than ever, I completed a Pilates certification program and began teaching. Sharing this work and seeing how it changes people inspires me on a daily basis.
